Figuration is led by co-founders Roy Joseph Butler and Leo Crane. They are supported by a wide network of talented creatives, as well as our partner studio Packed Lunch Productions.

Roy has a multi-faceted portfolio of experience as an events producer, programme manager, group facilitator, health advocate, mentor, writer and artists' model. His interest is in the tales not told and those creative endeavours that give them voice.
Leo Crane
co-Founder
Leo is producer, artist & educator, specialising in art & technology. Alongside his creative practice, he has 20 years’ experience devising and delivering campaigns for some of the world’s greatest cultural institutions.
